Street Gyros
We know Iowa staples but we love international cuisine! The traditional Greek Gyro is usually made with a pita but we went and put our spin on it by slow smoking our Leg of lamb and shaving it thin. We toast three flour tortillas and layer pile them high with red onins, diced cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce. we top each gyro with a small dollop of our homemade Tzatziki sauce. 
Fried Fish Sandwich
The Classic deli takes a nice sized Tilapia fillet and we bread and pan fry our fish to perfect crispness and tenderness! we have tartar sauce and sides to make this sandwich the perfect meal!
